How we handle your details

When you let us know you're interested in Element Mondzorg through this site, you entrust us with a few details. This page explains what we do with them. In short: we only use them to update you a few times on the way to opening, and we share them with no one.
What we collect
Only what you fill in yourself on the interest form: your name, your email address and the number of people your interest covers. We also record when you submitted the form. Beyond that we measure anonymously how often pages are visited, without cookies and without anything that can be traced back to you. We don't build advertising profiles.
What we use them for
We use your details for two things: to update you a few times on the way to opening, and to show the bank, as a total count without names or email addresses, how many people are interested in the practice.
Where they are kept
Your details are kept in our secured records and in the founders' mailbox. We work with a small number of processors for storage and email, and with no one else.
How long we keep them
Until the practice has opened and the interest list has served its purpose. Want off the list sooner? We'll delete your details right away.
Your rights
You can always ask what details we hold about you, have them corrected or have them deleted. One email is enough.
